About LEV
LEV Arts Management is a boutique agency representing dancers and movement artists of exceptional calibre at major companies across Europe and beyond. We work with a deliberately small roster — because depth of relationship is the only currency that matters in this field.
Our artists span the full breadth of the classical and contemporary repertoire, performing principal and soloist roles at institutions including Dutch National Ballet and Staatsballett Berlin, and appearing as celebrated guests on stages worldwide.

Founder
Founder & Director, LEV Arts Management
LEV was founded with a clear conviction: that the most meaningful work in performing arts management comes from long-term relationships — between agent and artist, and between agency and institution. Not transaction by transaction, but through years of shared understanding.
Based in Berlin, with an international reach across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, LEV focuses exclusively on dancers and movement artists. The roster is small by design. Every artist represented is someone whose work we know deeply — their technical range, their artistic identity, their capacity to inhabit a role. That knowledge is what we bring to every conversation with a presenter or artistic director.
We believe the best engagements are the ones where the fit is right — where an artist's specific presence and strengths meet exactly what a production needs. Finding that fit, and building the conditions for it, is the work.
For Presenters & Companies
We work with ballet companies, opera houses, independent presenters, and gala producers who are looking for artists of specific calibre. Every inquiry is handled personally by Jeremy Kravetz — there is no submission portal, no automated response.
How We Work
Initial Inquiry
Reach out with your production dates, casting need, and repertoire context. All inquiries from presenters and artistic directors are handled personally — you will hear from us directly.
Artist Matching
We identify which of our artists fits your specific production — technically, artistically, and logistically. We send you the right person, not a catalogue.
Contract & Terms
We handle all fees, scheduling, and contract documentation — transparently and professionally, with the long-term relationship in mind.
Ongoing Support
We remain available throughout the engagement. Our relationship with your institution doesn't end at signing — it is built for continuity.
Contact
All inquiries for bookings, representation, and press are handled directly by Jeremy Kravetz. You will always speak to someone who knows our artists intimately.

Described as an artist of "astonishing musicality and expressiveness," Leroy brings soaring jumps, sensitive phrasing, and captivating charisma to every role she inhabits.
